Purpose
- To be still before God to assess how one is doing in various dimensions of their spiritual growth
- To Use results to provide a starting point for personal spiritual growth plan, select a growth opportunity
- To Use aggregate results to assess how and where to strategically allocate resources
- Spiritual Growth Plan (SGP)
Purpose
- Identify areas of growth
- Define actions steps to complete

Step III
- Small Group Leader and Leadership Training Process
It is hoped that as you grow deeper in your relationship with Christ there will be a natural desire for you to support others in their journey. This may come in the form of leadership in some capacity; whether it is as a small group leader of that of a ministry leader.
